Day 01 Jayapura-Arrival (d)
Upon arrival at Sentani airport of Jayapura, meeting and luggage clearance service by local guide then transfer to your hotel for accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02 Jayapura-Wamena-Sogogmo-Kelise (bld).
Breakfast, early transfer to the airport for your 45minutes flight to Wamena. Upon arrive at Wamena airport, need time to prepare things for trekking such food, vegetable, cooking equipment, etc. then transferred by car to the Southern-Sogokmo where the starting point for your safari trekking to Kelise village passing through Kurima. Arrive Kelise village you will stay and overnight at traditional guest house. (walk aprx. 4hours).
Day 03 Kelise-Ibiroma-Tangma-Wamarek (bld).
After breakfast, trekking to the hill through Ibiroma village on moderate trekking. Here you may enjoy the spectacular view of Baliem gorge then trek down to Tangma village for the next 3hours. It will be slippery when raining time. Lunch will be served in Tangma by your cook. After lunch continue to Wamarek village for 1.5hour. You will overnight stay at teacher house.
Day 04 Wamarek-Wesagalep (bld).
After breakfast, trek up and down through Baliem river and hike up till Wesagalep village for about 2.5-3hours. Lunch will be served by cook near the river/stream. Rest of day you may join with local people exploring their life style and activity.
Day 05 Wesagalep-Pukam (bld).
Breakfast, continue trekking to Pukam village in about 5hours through the rain forest up and down hills. Simple lunch will be made en-route. You will stay and overnight at school or teacher house. (trek. approx. 7hours).
Day 06 Pukam-Wuserem (bld).
Breakfast, trekking up and down through the jungle until to the hills and down to Wuserem village. Lunch will be provided by cook near the river. Arrive Wuserem village you will stay at simple accommodation. (trek. Approx. 6-7hours).
Day 07 Wuserem-Sogokmo-Wamena (bld).
After breakfast, trekking down to reach Baliem river then continue to Sogogmo-the place where we can get public transportation transfer to Wamena. Arrive Wamena directly check in at hotel for accommodation.
Day 08 Dani Pig fieast (bld)
Breakfast, you will transfer by car to Jiwika in the north to see a smoked Mummy and Pig feast followed by War dance performed by Dani people. Lunch provided at local restaurant. Late afternoon back to Wamena and a short stop made at local market and souvenir shop. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 09 Wamena-Jayapura (bld).
Breakfast, time until transfer to the airport for your return flight to Jayapura. Arrive Sentani airport of Jayapura directly have a city sightseeing tour in Jayapura and surroundings.
Day 10 Jayapura-Departure (bld).
After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch your flight to the next destination.
